Raven Boy

Nick hates the King and all he stands for - his father is dead, pressed for the navy then killed fighting against the Dutch. Now there's plague in the city and his mother is ill. Nick reasons if he catches the plague too he could take it into the Tower, the domain of the King whose wickedness has caused all these miseries.
