Recipe for Magic

I think someone's been reading too much Harry Potter fan fiction. And by someone, I mean me.

Cute, sweet and too darn short. I love boarding schools, I love magic schools and you put those two together I'm nearly guaranteed to at least want to read the story. Love the enemies (but not really) to friends to lovers and the banter. The banter is wonderful, especially when they start actually becoming friends. I'd totally adore a sequel - a full length sequel would be awesome! - showing them out doing their magic thing together. (Though a whole series of short stories appeal to me, too.)

(I'd love to give this five stars, because the cute fluffiness that it is deserves it, but we never get into Landyn's head. Sure, Connor develops and that's awesome, but just felt like a little something was missing without knowing Landyn's thoughts.)
