Research on Foreign Students and International Study

This work is divided into two parts. The first section includes an essay which provides an overview of the research on foreign students and which focuses attention on the key issues relating to this topic. The essay serves as a context for the bibliography that follows. The bulk of the book is a selected and partly annotated bibliography. The bibliography is divided by topic. The bibliography is international in scope, and indeed is the first effort to provide an international perspective on foreign students. The bibliography not only tries to fill a gap in the literature, but also helps to define a growing field of study and analysis.
