Richard the Brazen

Such a fun and humorous story about a young man who comes to New York from Texas to win the heart of his lady-love. Nothing much is going to stand in his way, not even when a stuck-up English aristocrat makes off with his identity in a scrape...so he calmly appropriates the identity of Lord Croyland for himself. Quite an unusual tale as Richard finds many an unexpected barrier and adventure in the way of being able to declare his true identity and win the girl he loves.
