Rushing In

Ugh, this definitely was not my favourite in the series which is such a disappointment.

I've said in previous reviews that I love the small town setting in this series, the family and the characters but I also like the fun, lightheartedness of them. Unfortunately in this book, this came across as quite immature and I just didn't enjoy that aspect.

There was also the weird condition Skylar had where she got aroused when she was nervous which she immediately told Gavin about, it was just awkward and an odd choice of adding some sexual tension between then.

Gavin is such a sweetheart but I didn't feel the chemistry between him and Skylar so some of it felt a bit forced.

And also, don't call your kitten Princess Squeaker. Seriously.
