Decent content. Definitely more leaning on the fat-shaming side from what I read. Ultimately I DNF'd this book because it didn't offer me anything new. I started healing my relationship with food a year ago and without realizing it, I applied many of the concepts introduced in this book. Do what makes you feel good. Be in the moment. Heal your relationship with food and with your body.
No matter your size or how much you eat, you are worthy of love and respect.
