Book Two of the series starting with Cinder. This book starts in Europe and blends the Red Riding Hood mythos with the previous retelling of Cinderella all in a world both steampunk-y and cyberpunk-y.

I still think this series could have stood on its own without the fairytale retelling as there is it own unique story underneath the concept full of politics, cyborg and genetic modification and a future world where the moon is inhabited by a mind-controlling queen. See? There's lots to this story besides the fairytale stuff.
