This book has really good potential, but it was just do dry and boring. The relationship between Ben and Kyra is so weird, and not very nice. The plot was really good, but it just wasn't cut out for me. I was halfway through this book, I might come back to this series later and give it a second try but the first try was not great.
A very good story about 16 year old Kyla. It had no inappropriate scenes besides for light kisses. The story did have nightmares, severe injuries, and a lot of unknown fears that she had to deal with. I do reccomend it and did really enjoy it!!

this was SO bad, is it even worth wasting precious time writing a book review about it? argh
Too bad I already got the three books. I hope book two is better

Mega spannend boek!
For some odd reason I relate with this book. I've never had my memory wiped by an oppressive government but I do repress stressful memories to the piont where they feel like dreams. Despite that, the political aspect and controlling government is the most intriguing part for me. I think my fondness for this book is because it was one of the first dystopians I've read. Regardless, I'd definately read it a third time.
