Continuing the story of deacons Sorcha and Merrick and the young pretender Raed, this book is full of adventure and action. I couldn't put it down! It exceeds my expectations the author left me with from the first book! The world is so detailed and the plot so well thought out, bringing unexpected twists as it unfolded. Cannot wait till I read the third book!
