Short but useful advice for product managers
The book is really short! But it contains great advice for how to talk to potential users or customers of a product you plan on developing.
Excellent! Highly recommend if you want to get started with user research or are already doing it.
Très bon livre qui repose les bases d'une interview utilisateur et remet quelques pendules à l'heure sur nos propres biais, les écueils habituels du business dans ces méthodes et comment dépasser nos assomptions. Rapide à lire et permet de se rafraichir les idées.
