I'm christening a new shelf just for this and it's called “you-make-me-so-confused.”

This book had nearly everything:

the selfless, thoughtful, likable heroine

the perfectly imperfect hero who stands by his promises and respects his girl

enough sexual tension to incapacitate an elephant

and the conflict looming over everything that made me want to hide in my own asshole
