After achieving fame as "the thief who couldn't sleep," Evan Tanner got out of Turkey alive, fled the Soviet Union in an experimental aircraft, and escaped a bamboo prison in Thailand. In this outing, all he wanted was to escort a little princess to the World's Fair in Montreal. Only it turned out to be an international freaks show with a royal assassination as the main event.
