I like the various timelines. I LOVE the diaries, letters, video footage, etc. that make up the story. I think I like the fact all the threads are not tied up nicely. There are a couple things that may but have been necessary, but they didn't substantially distract from it. There were a couple confusing parts, but I think that was a good thing. This is a twisty story that is not easy to figure out. But it has characters that you fall in love with and really want good for them. And looking at this whole thing as an allegory about depression puts things in perspective also. Another great book by Dawn Kurtagich.
