The Age of Light

This book was okay, though it read more like a romance than historical fiction to me. The main character is spoiled and narcissistic, which makes her unlikable. I didn't feel transported to the time period.

Started this on audio, got to 12%, but am not inspired enough to continue.

The Age of Light is a love affair between real-life photographers Lee Miller and Man Ray. It takes on topics of beauty, love and art. Early 1930s Paris life is captured beautifully in this extremely well written debut.
