The Blackmailing Neighbour: A gay blackmail erotica story

Don't remember how I ended up with this story. I do like the cover and while somewhat what I was expecting, the story was different. Nicely written from an author I've never read before. But, the characters and the story itself didn't appeal to me. Do note that this is just my personal opinion.
