This is volume 1 of the larger 2-Volume comprehensive LDS Edition of The American Covenant. This edition is organized into two parts and is geared toward an (LDS "Mormon" audience). Volume I tells the covenant story from the time of Abraham to America's discovery through the Revolutionary War. Volume II picks up at the end of the Revolution and takes us through the creation of the Constitution, the tragedy of the Civil War and on through to the present day. The LDS Edition reflects the background and perspective of the author.
