The Dark Between Stars

“What if she says no?”, asked the boy, and the old man smiled, “best not live scared of thorns or you'll never find a rose.”

“She was like that smell of a campfire burning in the distance warming you from far away.”

“Some moments like some people are not meantto be fully understood so for now it's best we just call them miracles.”

After listening to this one for my workout this morning, I went back and looked at the book. I love the author's voice, but the book has its own set of beauty to it as the poems and the words also have pictures associated with them. Really enjoyed this one.
