Not one of my favorites.
There is no science element to this other than references to the Rocket Belt.
It was also darker and more violent than I like in this sort of book.
An anachronism was
at hotel Regina in Amsterdam, clerk checks keyboard. Not a typewriter but a board where room keys are hung.
