DI Jon Spicer receives a phone call saying that his younger brother Dave has been found murdered on the moor. The only clue on the corpse is a message on his mobile from his girlfriend Zoe. Meanwhile, Zoe is trapped in an inner-city hell. She & Dave were involved with some bad people, & with him gone, they want their pound of flesh from her.
