But I know I want you by my side. I know I don't want to forget you.
ARC IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW.

Discovering Runyx and this universe was one of the best things that happened to me last year. Her book was no less, I couldn't stop reading because I had to know what was going on, I couldn't wait to continue it the next day.
The Finisher has not let down, neither its history, nor its characters, both main and secondary, nor its ship. Although it follows the previous plot in the other books, here we are in another city, with other characters with their own problems and ways of seeing life, but Runyx knows how to hook you to these new characters.
Zephyr has been a fresh air in this story, a ‘rainbow' in Alpha's life. It's a character that has made me laugh and feel identified with her at some points in history. I really liked her dedication and how steadfast she was in her decisions. Her relationship with Alpha is full of tension and funny comments from her, trying to break down that wall that the protagonist carries.
Alpha has not let me down at all, to see the moments in which he was upset because he himself noticed changes was quite funny, he is a strong character who has managed to get ahead despite everything that happened when he was younger.
A huge special mention because we see Tristan, Morana, Dante and Amara again and I couldn't be happier to see them again.
I can't wait for the last book and see how it all works out.
Fingers crossed for the wait to pass quickly.

The series is getting more intense, more darker as it goes on. The momentum never dropped. Not once. And I fucking love it. I love how the story comes together, even when there are new and different characters from the first three books.
So good. So damn good.
This book answered so many questions...
WOWWWW... just wow, I can't process the last 15% of this book. There is so much revealed in one chapter I had to put the book down to breathe. While we just got to know Alpha in the last book, we got to meet his soulmate in this one. I wanted Alpha to get his memories back, however, that did not happen. I swear to all that is holy, each book in this series is better than the last, putting little pieces of the puzzle in place. I need more, I have to have more.
rating-3/5
This one felt like a filler read. A good filler read, but a filler read, nonetheless. Was not very invested in the couple, but didn't hate the grumpy sunshine at all. I also thought, the characterisation was pretty consistent. Loved the way the author handled the mental health issues w the fmc too.
The plot was quite different and I didn't really expect to like it?? Infact I was surprised I didn't hate it while I was reading it? I'm not really a fan of the amnesia thing? I hate how one person gets hurt in the whole process. As a kid, I'd have probably eaten this trope up, but now it seems a bit meh.
Overall, I'm pretty sure, if it were any other series this review would be going quite differently. I was constantly invested, solely: because of the universe and the characters from the previous book, the syndicate etcetc. Super excited for the final book in the series which comes out in less than a week from when I'm writing this: D
I am so obsessed with this series!!!
Loved learning about Alpha.
The twists and turns were so thrilling.
