I definitely learned some good, healthy habits and a lot about GMOs and other chemicals in common foods to avoid. However, I tend not to like prescriptive books that guide you 21 days until whatever, because I'll never do that and would prefer the information to be presented otherwise because it feels too much like a diet book. And I still think “Food Babe” is a dumb title and marginalizes any men who may be interested in some of these topics.
