This book was just, quite simply, a pleasure read. I found the story about Evie's embracing life as an empty-nester (albeit a young one) to be a delightful story and I didn't run across anything that detracted from the smoothness of the storytelling for me.
My main complaint is that there isn't another book in the series! I definitely haven't had enough of this neat town and its inhabitants!
