George & Brenda have different versions of how they met and came to love each other. While Brenda tells her side of the story during her bookclub, George reflects on the truth Brenda couldn't see.

We follow George's journey which evolves from terror to love and experience his grief when a traffic accident occurs. Just when George thinks all is lost and has given up hope...two small hands show him otherwise.

It's amazing when a short story can be packed full of meaning and heart. I didn't expect to end up crying in my coffee this morning but whelp ... it happened
