Superbly written in Robert Ludlums style. Story is about politicians creating a fictional character whom they use to manipulate global events without appearing to do so. The plot is good and the story is viewed from the Hero's view as he goes about uncovering the truth.

A very exciting read, one of Ludlum's best, certainly one of his better endings.
