The Last Chance Library

June has hidden from life—at home, in her job as a library assistant, behind a book—ever since her mother passed away many years ago. It is only after her town's library, a critical resource for others, is threatened with closing that June finds she must bond with others and take steps to stop those who would shut down the library. Inspired by the Roald Dahl character Matilda, June finally begins to become the strong woman she has always wanted to be.

It's a romance, it's an adventure, and it's a bit of a mystery. Most good books of this sort are books I round up to a four-star rating, but this one, with its fun characters and a library setting, is actually a little over four-stars.
