A perfect sequel to Heated Rivalry, and and to the series.
This was emotional as hell, full of the good angst and tension.
I love and adore Ilya. He's outgoing and funny, and loves Shane so so deeply. I love that he calls him random Russian nouns to test him almost. “I love you lawnmower, tomato, etc”.
I loved Ilya for going to therapy, he stole the show for me. Him loving on the puppies was adorable. There was some timeline crossover in this from previous books, but we see it from their POV.
