The Lovecraft Anthology: Volume I

liked it a lot; have tried to read Call of Cthulhu a few times, both by ebook and audiobook and I've not been able to get into the writing style so this has allowed me to get my claws into the Lovecraft universe which will hopefully allow me to appreciate his writing style.

Some of these are beautifully illustrated. However, I apparently can't stand H.P. Lovecraft.

A great way to read the Lovecraft stories, great artwork. Thoroughly enjoyed the creepiness!

I have a trip to Providence coming up, so I've been brushing up on my Lovecraft. This graphic novel helped. The illustrations are terrifying and a great amount of Lovecraft's ramblings are condensed into tight little retellings of the stories. I'm not going to lie, I have found him a chore to read. I had much better luck with an audio book rendition of The Call of Cthulhu.
I enjoyed this collection.
