The Mystery of the Yellow Room

I wasn't terribly impressed with the suspense in this book, but that's likely because I'm used to recent psychological thrillers. I'm sure that in 1908, it was likely more thrilling. It was a little hard to follow, and I didn't feel that the ending was as clear as it could have been.

Journalist Joseph Rouletabille, along with his friend Sainclair (narrator of the tale), is sent to investigate an attack on a young woman, Mathilde Stangerson, daughter of the owner, at the Château du Glandier. Oddly, Stangerson was attacked with the doors locked on the inside. So who did it?
