This was enjoyable, as may be expected of any Heath Brothers work, though I didn't find it as revolutionary as some of the other content. Maybe I need to read it again.
Very good. If you have children, build products, or interface with customers/people regularly and want to do it better you should read this book.
Un livre extrêmement intéressant sur les différents moments marquants qui jalonnent notre vie et les expériences que l'on traverse. Ce livre s'intéresse tout particulièrement à la création de ces moments, et comment ils peuvent influer sur la vie de chacun. Extrêmement intéressant, mais laisse parfois un peu sur sa faim (heureusement les annexes sont quand même assez bien fournies). Intéressant pour toute personne travaillant avec l'humain.
