I've had a soft spot for Savannah ever since meeting her in the first princess book. Leo though? Not so much. So it was a nice surprise to meet the vulnerable human behind that rich-and-popular-jock facade.
I really enjoyed seeing these two getting to really know each other, lowering their defenses bit by bit, and learning to be real with each other.

Bonus points for the Princess Troupe's unwavering support, and it was fun to reconnect with Addie and Vince, too.
