The Remaining

There are so many approaches to writing on the Zombie apocalypse I am not too surprised that this one came around. The foundation is sound and the characterization good. Also helps that the story sticks pretty close to reality in that people behave the way you expect them to. If anything I would say this one is way to safe for a ZA book but hey you cant have everything. Onwards

Gripping zombie story. Found I had to push my ‘but why didn't they...' questions out of my head in regards to some of the technology ‘quirks' at the beginning of the book. Found it easier going to just go with the idea that this was a slightly earlier time period. Once I did that I found I enjoyed the story much more. I look forward to reading the next in the series!
