The Sandman and his sister, Delirium, are walking the waking world in search of their long-lost brother, Destruction. They've made contacts and arranged transportation--and, thanks to Delirium, they have frogs to spare--but their presence in the waking world is beginning to cause some strange behavior in those they meet.
