I like sleep, and now that I've read this book I feel vindicated for not being ashamed of my need for lots of it. It's good for you! And I appreciate Arianna's pokes at the typical CEO/executives who think they can train themselves to do without. Nope. Your lack of sleep will backfire in the end. Very readable book.
Well, this book was a real sleeper. Zzzzzzzz
To be fair, I have had a lifelong battle with sleep; plus, I enjoy research, so I was already very familiar with what Arianna Huffington wrote about in this book. For individuals who don't know much about anything sleep related then The Sleep Revolution would likely be an interesting read. The bottom line: Sleep is important. Get some.
