This book consists of several mini stories of unsolved murders and crimes. A group of people each try to solve the mysteries and the person who told the story reveals the true solution.

Even though I have either read, listened to or seen as a drama on tv, it is nice to re-visit some of the stories, and can compare it like visiting an old friend. Her work is as still as clever from when she wrote them, so long may she reign as the Queen of Crime!
Collection of Marple shorts. I don't much care for short stories, nor for the practice of using a thin plot to string together short stories (i.e., we're sitting around after dinner and telling each other stories; here they are). And although I thought the stories themselves were okay, I kept falling asleep whilst reading them.

There are six people gathered and they decide to play a little game - each tells a mystery and the others try to solve it. Later there's a dinner where more mysteries are told. At both events there's one person present who solves all the mysteries; miss Marple.
Reliable Agatha Christie. Some stories are better than others. Many have themes I recognize from other of her books and/or film versions.
