Tortoise Reform

A burrowing tortoise from a dimension where animals are intelligent and communicate telepathically, while all humans are "dull" and only used as beasts of burden, falls through a sinkhole and discovers a whole new realm, where he is shocked to find that humans can talk and communicate.
