Reed is a murder suspect and all his past deeds finally catch up to him. No one is ready to believe he is innocent but Ella trusts him. Their relationship in this book is tested in ways normal teenage ones are not but they remain strong together. Their faith and trust in each other made me very emotional and I loved them even more than I thought I could. Reed's character development is huge in this one and I felt he is finally growing up and owning up to his actions. I kinda guessed the culprit early on but didn't know the Why of it. But this didn't affect my enjoyment of the book even one bit. I loved the twist at the end and I am so happy this book doesn't end on another cliffhanger. On the whole, this series may have too much of everything but I still love it. I love Ella and Reed, the Royal family, Val and even Wade. This series is my new guilty pleasure and I totally enjoyed the experience.
