A sweet and satisfying end to an amazing series! I've been obsessed with The Bonds That Tie from the very first book and have been eagerly devouring each release since and I can't believe it's really over!
The entire plot was unique and something I haven't seen done before. The action during the whole series has kept me on my toes, it has been gripping and truly entertaining to read. The romance between Oli and her bonded group has been incredibly sweet. I loved reading each of their individual moments with Oli and their first bonding's to each other, especially Nox's, and how they all learnt to get along with one another and their god bonds.
I've thoroughly enjoyed this series since the very beginning and I think that the way J. Bree executed it was great. I'm genuinely a little sad that it's over and that we'll have to say goodbye to Oli and her boys but I can't wait to read what's to come next from J! I'm lowkey hoping that some time we get to delve into Sage or Sawyer's story.
This series was so good. I can't put it down at all. When I finish a book I will pick up the next one. This one did made made me cry a little bit. Not happy that this is done. I want more of all the men.
I am so confused on how to rate this book, as it feel like I am rating the whole series in one go.
And while it started with a slow burn and a 5 ⭐, I ve ended up wanting to rate some of them a 3 or even a 2!
It got slow and boring in a lot of phases, I swear the whole series had about 500 pages too much that it needed. Going back and forward and ending with a rush fight, that didn't made a lot of sense. These books has too many pages and yet they left us with so many questions and plot holes.
Omf, I had so many hopes for this, after the first book and I was so disappointed with the last book.
What a delightful ending. I loved every second of it.
Ps: thought I would be ending this book with my favorite character but I just can't. They're all perfect.
I really liked this series, overall I think it was great. That being said, I think this book is the weakest one. The dialogues felt repetitive, to the point where the boys' personalities felt like just one and the story felt a bit rushed and not really surprisive.
Sure, it had it's cute moments and it was great to see the characters' story come to an end, but it's bittersweet to end a good series on a low note.
