A killer is discovered by a leprechaun, but that is not the only secret revealed.

We Leola looking at a pregnancy stick and...yes my rainbows she is pregnant. This is not the only surprise in store as a leprechaun appears at Leola's debut party asking for help. His wife is missing and she may just be the key to Leola's past.

Yup, that is all I am writing for the synopsis (laugh).

Laura Greenwood and L.A. Boruff pack a lot into Unicorn Luck (Drowlgon Press, B07TP3JWQR, 2019), the second book of the “Valentine Pride” series. This may be a novella, but it is a tension and drama filled novella. There is a killer, a leprechaun (yes, I keep repeating that because seriously: unicorns and leprechauns?!), and a baby....unicorn? I know they said that dominant gene (lion) rules, but I am rooting for a baby unicorn. This is going to be so hard to edit for the masses (laugh).

Anyhoo, remember how in my last review I said the poly relationship was PG? Well Greenwood and Boruff decided to make a liar out of me - THANK YOU! The sex in this book is phenomenal and definitely more my speed (laugh). Now we all remember what a pervert I am (laugh). The sex scenes are good, hot, and realistic.

Greenwood and Boruff take the time to ensure that Leola and the guys each get their poly binding time with Leola which makes their relationship true. This is a delicate balance to write about and the authors handle this deftly especially with limited pages.

Unicorn Luck is lucky for us because we have a mystery, drama, magic, and “fun”. We cannot ask for more from Valentines. I cannot wait to see what is coming next....
