Uprising

This might be one of my favorite Haddix books yet. And although it's based in the early 1900s time period, the themes and considerations offered in this book are things we should be figuring out, answering, acting on right now, here in the year 2016. We Americans have come so far, yet have so far to go, and for some reason, we really love repeating history.
