I read through some of the reviews. I tend to do that from time to time, for perspective, in case I missed something or perhaps to spark a discussion.

This little read is a bit different. It takes on a different approach. The author decided to showcase Frida on an average day simply enjoying life. Because she expressed herself via her art and felt uncensored, it gave her the strength to just live and enjoy life.

Sometimes we have to step back and appreciate art in all its forms and really sit with what is being conveyed. Some things are simply meant to convey a piece of the puzzle and be a gateway into something bigger and more powerful. However, one can argue what is more powerful than being your most authentic self, loving your authentic self, finding an outlet that not only helps you to unburden yourself of anger and disappointment but creates thought provoking insight in others, all so you can live a happy life. Life not perfect but happy nonetheless within that life.
