Waiting for Dawn

After this I am intrigued to read the rest of the series. Susie May Warren is one of the first Christian Fiction authors I read many years ago and I have yet to be disappointed in her stories. While most of hers that I have read is from her Christian Historical Fiction series, I enjoyed this introduction to some of her contemporary novels. I just added the Team Hope Series to my wish list, I'm sure I'll like them all. Her narrative voice is one that keeps me going back for more.

Rounded down because something near the end crazy frustrated me! (Spoilers redacted) I am definitely eager to hop into book one and see what happens next between Lacey and Micah, because there are already tons of sparks! Also, some of the military stuff didn't seem quite accurate (i.e. why Lacey can join the team?) but I'm guessing it's just because of space limitations.

I loved the heavy quotations of Scripture. I am interested to see how Lacey starts talking to God again, and I really liked Micah's frank faith.
