We Don't Matter is about coming of age in a messed-up world and making peace with the place you want to occupy and the role you want to assume in it.
There is a lot in there (police brutality, religious abuse, grief, homophobia...) and while it's treated with great humanity, I advise that you approach with caution if you are in a vulnerable place.
