It is always nice to read about mindfulness. This book can be read slowly, one chapter at a time because it's a collection of essays on mindfulness meditation and how it can be integrated into our daily lives, in our most mundane activities.
I enjoyed this book very much and reading it is an act of meditation practice in itself. It may seem like a silly complaint, but one thing that bugged me about the book is that it constantly uses “which” where “that” is called for. Kabat-Zinn's editors need a little enlightenment on the distinction.
