Wild Undead

L.C. Mortimer kicks off the “Stay Dead” series by trapping the protagonists on a boat. There is no love interest. No story driven age group. Just zombies eating people. This is so refreshing!

Winter is a feisty character whose luck runs out on this cruise. I like her. She is not a super heroine or someone who needs to save the world. The fight to just survive is what drives her and she ends up with two companions along the way. An everyday girl is put into an extraordinary situation.
