hannah grace is my new favorite fluffy comfort book author
to happy endings and unlimited pets
I think this author just isn't for me. The books have been cute, but they haven't connected with me. Again, the couple is nice and the chemistry is there, but neither of the Maple Hills books have made me feel anything strongly, which has made the experience somewhat boring.
This is a cute story about two college students meeting at the summer camp they'll be working the day after their “one-night stand.” The setup is nice and it does try to explore some deeper topics (mostly daddy issues), but it falls flat for me. I think tons of people would love this, so don't write it off. But also don't expect anything groundbreaking.
I can't sugarcoat it, this book is... terrible. I wish I was good at DNFing books because I essentially just skimmed the last 100 pages also why is it SO long??
Overall 4.5 stars
I read Icebraker a few months ago and loved it, although I loved the first book in the series I loved this one more.
The forced proximity and miscommunication tropes are done well.
Miscommunication is not a trope I read very often but when I found out about this book I was instantly interested.
I was nervous because the tropes are not what I would normally read but this book was one of the few where miscommunication was done well
4.5⭐️ honestly and amazing book.
Love the story, the characters and the dogs hahahah. Such a funny romantic story that talks about founding ourselves and becoming better next to someone we love.
The bonus scene from the Uk edition from ASDA is also an incredible bonus.
I mean, Hannah Grace never let's down with her book so just an amazing story again from her.
Hannah Grace, I wouldn't mind a book for every single story from our hockey players hahaha. Or at least Robbie/Lola and JJ/Alex

It's just that I couldn't expect more from this author and obviously it's going to be one of my favorite books this year, because I've literally drunk each and every one of her pages in one afternoon.
I have loved Russ with all my heart and I loved to see how her character was developing, because I really wanted to see how she really was since in Icebreaker they taught you a little; and then Rory, I love her, but very much, I think it's a heart, a ray of sunshine and I want to protect her at all costs, AND THESE TWO TOGETHER are beautiful and one of the best couples I've been lucky enough to read and enjoy this year, so obviously for me this book is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 and I'm looking forward to read many more Things about this author and especially about this series of books that I love, because all the characters that appear feel like my own family.
the book wa so cute and fast paste but it wasn't icebreaker. loved the epilogue where we find out stuff about stassie and nate, liv they have other twins, and I noticed that Hannah mentions henrys “she” witch is for now a mister till UCMH3
