This is the first book of The Vendi Chronicles. I don’t know what I was expecting but I quite enjoyed this book. I love a book with great world building and this book certainly had that. I felt so bad for Aliyah for what she had to endure. I am beyond ready to jump into the second book after that ending, I’m super excited to see how the story continues.
