Surprisingly good. I wasn't crazy about the title or the cover, but couldn't help reading yet another yoga-related memoir. It's refreshingly funny, even silly, but also relevant and real.
Suzanne Morrison is my spirit author. I've had similar experiences to her yoga retreat and could relate to her humour, her seeking, and her complete and utter humanness. I loved how she wrote from the journey of her 25-year-old self and from the perspective of her I'm-in-my-30s-now self. This book is perfect for anybody who has one foot firmly in reality and the other foot pivoting to find something more... like drinking your own urine, for example. 😂
