My son loved this book.
My 7 year old son loved this book. Is ways easy for him to follow and challenged him at the same time.
This is book was sooo good. The first couple of chapters were a bit confusing, as far as getting into the world. However the story picked up quickly and once it did i was hooked.
I really enjoyed the book the middle was a bit slow for me, but it picked up in the end. The story is very character driven whereas I thought the story was going to be action packed. Still I can't wait to read the next book
The ending was just amazing. Elend and vin are not my favorites characters to come from Sanderson but this world and this magic system in itself is awesome
Absolutely loving this story. Robin Hobb is an amazing writer, in this book with will fall in love with characters, hate characters, feel sorry for characters. You will feel it all. Such and emotional but amazing story and I can't wait to read the mad ship.
This was such an amazing read. This is a story about accepting people for who they are, loving those that matter, and regret. I love this book, i loved the characters, i loved the writing. definitely a must read.
This book was very interesting and kept me engaged for the whole 4 hours. For the book to be so short the author was still able to tell an incredible story. This book is about two sister one whom we learn is a serial killer and the other (our main character) her older yet protective older sister. The book explores the sister relationship and the idea that family should be there for each other no matter what. I loved it.
Loved this book so much I finished it in three days and that is unheard of for me.
Every time someone would describe this book, they would emphasize the fact that it's a military fantasy, and that they loved the book even though they didn't always like the main character. I, however, loved the main character. He didn't always make the best decisions for those around him, but his decisions were true to his character. I understood him and rooted for him the whole way. I can't wait to read book 2 so I can see how the world building will grow and how much Tao will develop as well.
Really enjoying this series. It was an okay series but now I can definitely see the hype.
This book was a very good read. I loved Feyre, Lucien, and Tamlin. To my surprise I am also secretly a fan of Rhysand. The story follows a girl who is formed to live in faerie lands after breaking the terms of a treaty between humans and faery. Once in faery lands Feyre must decide between trying to escape to get back to her family or trusting her family is safe and staying in the faery lands forever. A great beauty in the beast type story and I can't wait to read the the second book in the series.
I really really enjoyed this book and the themes that it explored. Race, priviledge, class, and status. The book looks at what these themes mean to people, how these things change in the world, and how these themes and changes effect families. This book would be excellent in a classroom setting so many discussions can be had about the topics explored in this novel. The ending was a bit sad and disappointing to me but I do understand that it is realistic.
Not my favorite of the series but I did really enjoy the book. Will has to be my favorite character of this series, I connected so much with his story and found myself rooting for him throughout the three books. I also love how Cassandra concluded the love triangle, I was nervous at first but it worked out well in the end.
This book was absolutely amazing. The audiobook had me hooked from the beginning. Definitely have to read more from this duo.

I really enjoying reading this series. I am normally not a middle grade or YA reader but have still wanted for some a long while to dive into Tamara Pierces world. I debated starting with some of her later levels but in hindsight I am glad I started at the beginning.
This novel takes place about a year after the ending of the 1st novel and our main character is still trying to navigate their desire to become a knight while making sure not to reveal a secret that can ruin everything.
I love Alan/Alanna as a character they are very strong willed, determined and driven. It is refreshing to read from a young character that is not easily swayed but romance or unnecessary distractions
This is a book about someone who knows what they want in life and is willing to make tough choices to make that happen.
I also enjoyed the way relationships develop and grow between the main character and their companions.
These are really fun, quick books and I know the world will only get bigger and more expansive from here.
Loved this book, I both read and listened to it on audio. I finished this book my one setting it was such a joy to read.

Cinder is a cyborg mechanic who lives with her step mother and two step sisters. She has come to accept her life as a cyborg, though she holds resentment towards to person responsible. After meeting the Prince one day Cinder find herself dealing with situations she never imagined. It was an awesome ready. Loved the story. It didn't have as much action as I somehow convinced myself it would have. But none the less it was amazing to read. Absolutely bring me out of my reading slump. Can't wait to pick up scarlet next.

Overall I really enjoyed this books. It was not my favorite of the series but it was still really good. Some characters I didn't like in book 1 started to show major improvement. The ending of the story, I feel, was an amazing set up for the third book and I can't wait to read it.
This book completely took over my life. For the first couple of chapters I couldn't tell where the story was going and wasn't sure if I would enjoy it so I decided to shelve it for a while. Three days ago I decided to pick it up, only about 50 pages and let me just say I fell in love. It was so good. The characters seemed so real and the relationships, though not always good, seemed so realistic that it felt like I was reading someone's memoir. The best part for me though was the beautiful descriptions of Alaska, I honestly could visualize the scenery. My next read by Kristin Hannah will definitely be The Nightingale
Enjoyed the reading experience, and it was an experience. I did find myself lost a couple of times to what was going on, however I loved her writing style and the tone of the book. It was a perfect read for Christmas.

This was such an amazing book to me. I normally don't read contemporary books but this has just opened my eyes to the genre and now I want to read more. Eliza is such an amazing character and one I can relate to when it comes to anxiety, panic attacks, and being so consumed in what others think of you that you feel like you want to disappear so no one knows you exist. The ending was amazing and most importantly realistic. I absolutely loved it. This books is a must read.
