Very interesting view on the paradigm or working today. The way we work has been evolving and some of our preconceptions are too old to survive the test of time. Here are some fresh ideas which may disrupt the way you approach work all together. A great read!

Excellent comprehensive analysis of the aspects surrounding the evolution and possible future of artificial intelligence. To note also is the well documented references that open up a plethora of books with great insights. For all these aspects I think this is a recommended read.

Fantastic book based on facts and numbers rather than subjective oppinion. In a time filled with shallow assessments of reality it is fundamental to base our assumptions on truth and facts. Great read!

Maths errors and geeky humor. A combination that works for me. Very entertaining book.

There was one book from Michio Kaku that marked my life which was “Visions”, this one follows suit and give a compelling overview of possible futures for mankind. It is a fantastic summary and I highly recommend reading/hearing it! :-)

Too much contempt for others is what looses me in Taleb. He has interesting points of view but I got tired with the constant need to attack someone to make a point...

You need to keep up to read this book. It's a very serious analysis of the AI world and it's future possibilities. A definite eye opener!

Fantastic book that gives you a glimpse of an extraordinary place and group of people. Really worth the read!

I struggled to finish this book. Thought it would be inspiring and maybe give a glimpse of the new approach Microsoft is taking. Not the case for me...

If you liked Freakonomics you will like this. Although just a compilation of blog posts and some other rants, they are still very compelling stories and insightful analysis which makes it fun to read.

Learning about Elon Musk just makes you rethink your life with a totally different perspective. What a fantastic human being! Definitely worth the read.

Maybe worth more stars but in my case I have heard this story so many times that this one did not trigger a lot of interest in me.

Great book! I'm suspicious because I'm a fan of the authors but it is really worth reading. Sparks you to think differently and defy the norms or easily acceptable false truths.

The parts where he describes the heritage and history of sushi and tidbits of japanese culture are great but the part of extensible describing the day-to-day life of the sushi school in LA is pretty boring. So I have mixed feelings about the book...

Very helpful for people preparing for the exam or preparing lectures with the new syllabus as basis. The explanation of responses is detailed and accurate.

Kinda dissapointing. This books comes after I read James Kakalios' Science of Supoer Heroes and it does not come close to that book in quality for me...

Underwhelming to say the least... Only goes very superficially to the topics and no detail. Also, some hints, tools, and sites referred are outdated.

February 26, 2018

Great scientific concepts distilled in short papers easy to digest. The only thing I would point is that due to the multiple author nature of the book, there are concepts that get repeated often.

Great book with a detailed approach to reading in order to give books and authors their due credit or discredit. Absolutely worth the read to expand you mind into reading everything in a more meaningful way.

Spectacular condensed view of productivity with concrete descriptions and not only conceptual ideas.

This book saved my life in college! Basically I got most of how to calculate electric circuitry from this and Sedra&Smith!

Nice summer reading just to relax. Nothing too complex but engaging enough to read in the beach and still have some fun.

Very concise and straightforward. No need for sugar coating or embellishments. The book describes all you need to start on the BDD path. Very good read.
