I liked it. Just liked it. It was a funny light weighted read. Nothing really special. I really thought that I would love it and finish it in one sitting. It took me soooo long. I was tempted to DNF the book in the beginning, because it was a slow read for me. But I don't like to DNF a book. So I kept going. It was okay at the end. Like I said, it was a light weighted read, as soon as you are getting into the story.

I kinda liked the characters, Cain was the typical territorial male who can't have people looking at ‘his girl'. What made it a lot better was Sophie. She was new, different from the other females in books like this. I liked it. She is smart and I just really liked it!

I am going to read the other books in this series. I'm guessing that the next book will be about Bella and Christian. Just a feeling ;)

It took me ages to get into this book. I'd picked it up before but never got past the first 3 chapters. So much new information, names and things to learn, I just couldn't. But, I'm glad that I picked the book up after watching the TV-Show for the second time. It was so good! Loved the setting, Diana and Matthew were great, so much going on. It was truly a great read.

I don't know what how I feel about this book. I've read it before and I loved it, but now I don't. It was good, I can't deny that, but it felt all really rushed and I didn't really like the characters. I do want to try to read the second book but I might fail on doing that and just return the book to the bookstore.

I don't know if this is because further in the books the writing style gets less poetic or because I'm used to it. I'm not a fan of the writing style in the first book. I don't like Juliette being all ‘oooh I'm so mad and I'm not going to eat your stupid food and wear your stupid dresses'. Don't, just don't.

But, the rest of the book was okay, not hating it, just disliking Juliette in this book.

Oh, I just love Maxon and America. Their kind of love, but also a really close friendship is so cute and awkward at the same time. I only hate America for keeping Maxon in the dark for so long, even though he made it all pretty clear. But the book is really good. I love Kiera's writing and I adore her for her writing!

Allereest, wat een boek! In het begin vond ik er niet veel aan, en de schrijfstijl ook niet. Het voelde voor mij een beetje alsof het boek geen doel had, geen rode draad. Maar vanaf het moment dat er actie inkomt is het boek steengoed, en is er een doel. Het boek is enorm spannend, goed geschreven en goed opgebouwd. De personage's zijn allemaal heel erg leuk ( op bepaalde na, maar dat merk je wel als je het boek gaat lezen) en de cover vind ik heel erg mooi. Ik raad jullie allemaal echt aan om het boek te lezen, en de vervolgdelen die binnenkort uitkomen ook, want het is een geweldig boek. Ondanks de kleine tegenvaller in het begin toch 4 van de 5 sterren.

I really wanted to love this book. It sounded like something I would enjoy very much.

Don't get me wrong, I liked the characters and the familiars where really enjoyable. It was just that this book is written over the span of two days. We have the before, about how savvy and griffin met. I really liked those stories. Then there is now. They fight a whole bunch of people and they end two organizations in two days. It just didn't feel believable. The romance was also really weird in the now parts. I really expected it to be like mr and mrs smith but I did not get those vibes.

Also, having sex in a car after (kinda during) a fight and you are still in your wedding dress even though you have been home? Yeah, no. Not really believable.
